It applies only to XHamsterMatch and the features we actually offer. There are no public profiles to browse, no photo galleries, no comment walls and no community groups on this platform — so we don't collect the data those features would need.
1. What we collect
Account basics: XHamsterMatch is built to need as little as possible. You can start with a guest session and free credits without giving us an email or phone number. If you choose to create a persistent account, we store the minimal identifiers needed to keep your balance and settings.
Usage and device data: basic logs such as approximate connection region, device and browser type, session timing and match events. We use these for matching, fraud prevention, billing accuracy and debugging.
Safety data: when you report or block someone, we record the report and the limited context needed to review it.
2. Your live camera and microphone
A one-on-one is a real-time stream between you and the other person. XHamsterMatch does not record, save or store your video or audio, and we do not keep copies of your conversations after they end.
You control your own camera and microphone at all times and can turn either off whenever you like. Recording or capturing another user is prohibited by our Community Guidelines.
3. Credits, coins and payments
New members receive free trial credits automatically. If you buy coins, payment is handled by third-party payment processors — we do not see or store your full card number. We retain a record of purchases and the coins consumed so your balance is correct and for tax and anti-fraud purposes.
4. How we use your information
To run the service: match you one-on-one, keep your credit and coin balance accurate, and deliver the live stream.
To keep it safe: detect fraud and abuse, enforce the age requirement and Community Guidelines, and review reports.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising inside a match.
5. When we share
With service providers who process payments, host infrastructure or help us fight abuse, under contract and only as needed. With authorities when we are legally required to, or to address an imminent safety risk. We never share your data to let someone advertise to you.
6. Your choices and rights
Because we collect so little, the simplest control is in your hands: end a conversation any time, and don't provide details you'd rather keep private. Where you have created an account, you can request access to or deletion of your data, subject to records we must keep for legal and billing reasons.

7. Age
XHamsterMatch is strictly for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an under-age person has used the service, we remove their access and any associated data.
