Report a safety problem

If someone breaks the rules, the fastest way to act is in-product: use the report control during or right after a match. The report captures the context of that session so our moderators can review what actually happened — you never have to explain yourself to the other person.

Billing & account

A quick reminder on how billing works: there is no subscription and no auto-renewal — you only ever buy coins or a VIP membership, and nothing recurring is charged in the background.
