XVideoChat is a live, one-on-one video chat between adults. These Community Guidelines explain what is and isn't allowed during a match. They exist to keep every conversation consensual, safe and genuinely human. Breaking them can cost you your access — permanently, and without a refund of any remaining credits or coins.
1. Adults only — strictly 18+
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use XVideoChat. There are no exceptions. We use an age gate on entry and act on any report that suggests a user may be under age.
If you believe a person on the platform is a minor, stop the conversation immediately and report them. We treat every such report as urgent.
2. Zero tolerance for minors and CSAM
Any sexualisation of minors, in any form — imagery, words, role-play, or links — results in an immediate permanent ban and is reported to the relevant authorities. This is the one rule with no warning and no appeal.
3. Consent is mandatory, both ways
What happens on a one-on-one is only acceptable if both people are willing. Never pressure, guilt or trick someone into showing or doing more than they want. "No" — or simply not responding — means stop.
Your camera is yours and theirs is theirs. Don't demand that someone turn their camera on. If you're not enjoying a match, use Next instead of pushing.
4. Never record or screenshot other users
Conversations on XVideoChat are live and meant to disappear. Recording, screen-capturing, photographing or re-streaming another person without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited and may be illegal where you live. Doing it will get you banned.
5. No harassment, hate or threats
Treat the person on the other side like a real human being. Hate speech, slurs, threats, stalking, doxxing, or repeated unwanted contact after someone has skipped or blocked you are not allowed.
6. No illegal content or activity
Don't use XVideoChat for anything illegal: non-consensual content, content involving minors, violence, weapons or drug sales, trafficking, or sharing someone's private information. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
7. No spam, scams or off-platform solicitation
Don't use matches to advertise, recruit, run scams, phish for money or personal data, or funnel people to other sites and paid services. Repeatedly pushing external links or payment requests is treated as spam.
8. Tools you always have: skip, block, mute, report
Every match gives you Next (skip), block, mute and report — always one tap away. Skipping is free and instant. Blocking stops you ever being matched with that person again. Reporting sends the incident to our moderation team.
Moderation operates 24/7. Confirmed violations lead to warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity. Serious violations skip straight to a permanent ban.
