Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher. By using XVideoChat you confirm that you meet this requirement and that adult, real-time video chat is legal where you are.

2. What the service is

XVideoChat connects you with another adult for a live, one-on-one video chat. We provide the matching and the connection; we do not script, direct or control what other users say or do. Other users are independent people, not employees or agents of XVideoChat.

3. Coins, VIP and billing

New members start with free matches and free messages automatically. When they run out, you can buy coins or a VIP membership to keep going. Matching and video calls use coins; the exact amount is shown on the relevant in-app page. There is no subscription and no automatic recurring charge.

Coins have no cash value, are licensed not sold, and are non-transferable. Because matching and live video calls consume coins in real time as the service is delivered, coins already spent in a session are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers subject to their terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines at all times. In particular you will not use XVideoChat with anyone under 18, will not record, screenshot or re-stream another user without consent, and will not harass, threaten, defraud or share the private information of others.

5. Content and conduct are your responsibility

You are responsible for your own conduct and anything you show or say on camera. You must have the right to share whatever you broadcast, and you must not display anything illegal. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, but we will act on reports.

6. Moderation, suspension and termination

We may review reports and moderate the service. We can suspend or permanently terminate your access at any time for breaking these terms or the Community Guidelines, with immediate effect for serious violations. Where access is terminated for a violation, unused credits or coins may be forfeited.

7. Disclaimers

XVideoChat is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that you will be matched with any particular kind of person, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that other users will behave appropriately. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XVideoChat will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your interactions with other users. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
