Data Deletion & Your Rights
XVideoChat is built to collect as little about you as possible. You can ask us to access the data we hold or to delete it — this page explains exactly how to do that, what we remove, what we are required to keep, and the rights you have depending on where you live.

How to request deletion
To ask us to delete your data, email support#xhamstermatch.com from the email address or account you used on XVideoChat, and tell us you want your data deleted. Sending the request from your own address helps us confirm it is really you.
Because a deletion request is permanent, we may take a reasonable step to verify your identity before we act — for example, confirming details tied to the account. This protects you from someone else asking to delete your data without permission.
What gets deleted, what we keep
When we action a valid request, we delete your account data and settings — the information tied to your profile and preferences on XVideoChat.
In a small number of cases we may need to keep a minimal record where the law requires it. This can include basic transaction records and safety or abuse logs that we are legally obliged to retain for purposes such as tax, fraud prevention and other legal obligations. We keep only what is necessary, and only for as long as it is required.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights over your personal data. For example, under the GDPR in the EU and UK, and the CCPA in California, you may have the right to access the data we hold, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to certain uses.
We honor valid requests in line with the law that applies to you. You can exercise any of these rights by contacting us at support#xhamstermatch.com.
How long it takes
We act on valid requests within a reasonable period. If we need more information to verify your identity or to locate your data, we will let you know, and the time may depend on the nature of the request and any legal retention we are required to apply.
A note on live video
Your live one-on-one video chats are not recorded. We do not keep a copy of your camera stream — the video is a direct connection between you and the other person and is not stored for us to delete.
