• Report — flag a user for moderation; the report captures the session context so our team can act.

The rules everyone agrees to

XVideoChat is for consenting adults. To keep it that way, a short, non-negotiable set of rules applies to everyone:

• Strictly 18+. Minors, or any attempt to involve a minor, are removed and reported.
• Consent first — no harassment, threats, hate or coercion of any kind.
• No non-consensual, illegal or extreme content.
• No recording, screenshotting or re-sharing other users without their consent.
• No asking for money, no scams, and no pulling people off-platform.

How moderation actually works

We do not rely on hope. XVideoChat moderates 24/7: automated detection continuously looks for behaviour that breaks the rules, and the moment a session is flagged or reported, trained human reviewers look at it and decide — not a bot acting alone.

When you report someone, the report captures that session as evidence (video and audio), so reviewers are not guessing. Confirmed violations lead to restrictions — losing the ability to match with others — up to a permanent ban. No system is perfect, which is why your reports matter: they are the fastest way bad actors get removed.

Privacy & staying anonymous

There is no public profile to build and no feed where strangers can browse you. A match is a direct, private connection between two people. You choose what to share and when.

Live video can still reveal your face, voice and surroundings, so use a neutral background, keep documents and location clues out of frame, and never share identifying or financial details with someone you just met. What we collect and how we protect it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Payments & billing — no surprises

New members start with free matches and free messages, so you can try real one-on-one video chat before paying anything. When they run out you can keep going with coins or VIP — and there is no subscription and no auto-renewal, so nothing is charged in the background.

• Buy coins or a VIP membership — you only ever pay for what you choose.
• Matching and video calls use coins; the exact amount is shown on the relevant page before you spend.
• No recurring charges, no silent re-billing, no hidden fees — stop any time.

If you ever see a charge you do not recognise, contact support straight away and we will look into it.

Spotting and avoiding scams

The most common problem on any chat platform is someone trying to get money or move you somewhere with no safety tools. Protect yourself:

• Never send money, gift cards, codes or card details to anyone you meet here — no exceptions.
• Be wary of anyone pushing you onto another app or website; that is where our protections end.
• Ignore "verification", "deposit" or "you won" messages — they are scams.
• If someone asks for money or tries to pull you off-platform, report them. It breaks our rules.

XVideoChat is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. Age confirmation gates entry, and we treat the safety of minors as an absolute line: any suspected underage user, or any attempt to involve a minor, is removed and reported. If you believe an underage person is using the service, please report it immediately — do not engage.
