Child Safety Standards
XVideoChat is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and for any presence or involvement of minors on the service. This page explains our standards and how to report a concern.

Adults only — 18+
XVideoChat is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. Minors are not permitted to register for or use the service under any circumstances. Age confirmation is required to enter, and the platform — paid, one-on-one adult video chat — is designed and operated for an adult audience only.
Zero tolerance for CSAE
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), any grooming or sexualised contact involving a minor, and any attempt to involve a minor in the service are strictly prohibited. There are no warnings and no exceptions: violations result in immediate and permanent removal of the account.
How we detect and act
We do not rely on hope. XVideoChat combines round-the-clock automated detection with trained human reviewers who act on flagged and reported sessions. When something is reported, the report captures the context of that session, so reviewers are working from evidence rather than guesswork.
When a CSAE case is confirmed, we act decisively:
- The offending content and account are removed immediately.
- The account is permanently banned, with no reinstatement.
- We cooperate with law enforcement and provide the relevant evidence.
Reporting a minor or CSAE
If you believe a minor is using the service, or you encounter child sexual abuse or exploitation, do not engage. Act immediately:
- Use the in-product report control to flag the session right away.
- And/or email us at support#xhamstermatch.com with any details you can provide.
We escalate credible reports to the appropriate authorities and child-protection bodies — for example, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States — and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
Our commitment
We treat child safety as an absolute line that sits above engagement, growth or revenue. Protecting minors from exploitation is not a feature we balance against other priorities — it is a non-negotiable standard that governs how the entire service is run.
